Café Caillou est un authentique café parisien situé rue de Grenelle, incarnant l'esprit des institutions traditionnelles de quartier. Romain et Thomas ont créé un lieu chaleureux où la cuisine française classique est à l'honneur : soupe à l'oignon, escargots de Bourgogne, confit de canard et bœuf bourguignon. Passionnés par la qualité, ils sélectionnent personnellement leurs vins directement auprès des vignerons de Bordeaux, Loire et Bourgogne. Les desserts sont également remarquables, avec des profiteroles et une crème brûlée maison. Un point fort du café est sa carte de digestifs, notamment la Chartreuse "9ème centenaire", un liqueur d'exception élaborée avec 130 plantes à 47°.
