A unique craft brewery located in the heart of Ménilmontant, Balthazar is a brewpub where beer is brewed on-site with passion. Founded by Florian Namias, a former sound engineer turned brewer, the establishment offers around ten original house beers like Ménilmuche and Girouette. The atmosphere is relaxed and creative, featuring cult film screenings and walls decorated with comic book pages. Beyond beers, the venue offers homemade pizzas and artisanal kombucha. A friendly place celebrating Parisian brewing craftsmanship, perfect for craft beer enthusiasts and taste adventurers.

Un brewpub situé à Ménilmontant, la Micro Brasserie Balthazar offre un beau moment de décontraction autour d’une bière ou plusieurs. À consommer à l’intérieur ou en terrasse, éventuellement accompagné d’une part de pizza faite maison avec des produits locaux ! Leur démarche : Leurs bières sont brassées directement dans le local et sont vendues uniquement à la pression, le rêve ! Des recettes sont régulieres (Ménilmuche, Girouette), d’autres viennent et vont en fonction des envies. Pour les pizzas la farine vient de l’Oise et les champignons viennent directement de Paris. Leur suggestion : La Menilmuche, la blonde maison ! Ou bien pour commencer, une session IPA légère en alcool ou un kombucha maison (sans alcool).
