Méfiante devant la déco noire et rouge très années 1990 de celle-ci, mes préjugés tombent devant la qualité de la margherita qui déboule rapidement devant moi. Pâte légère, tomates goûteuses, mozzarella fondante : son parfum de dolce vita me charme illico – la preuve, encore une fois, qu’on ne mange pas les rideaux ! Aux côtés des généreuses pizzas, le patron turinois, Mario Bondici, a ajouté une carte de gnocchis déclinés sur tous les tons. Cette « gnocchitèque » égrène ainsi ragù, spianata calabraise, pecorino ou gorgonzola dans des recettes savoureuses.
