Le fondateur. Que vous soyez de bonne ou mauvaise humeur, Fox vous donnera le sourire. Il vous montre à quel point il est investie dans son café, comment il est heureux d’accueillir de nouveaux clients et habitués. Fox avait ce projet en tête depuis plusieurs années et croyez-moi il a bien fait de réaliser ce rêve. Poussé et encouragé par sa femme, il a sauté le pas et ça fait plaisir d’avoir un si chouette coffee shop dans le 15e. On y mange bien, on s’y sent bien et le café est très bon.
