Café Caillou is an authentic Parisian café on Rue de Grenelle, embodying the spirit of traditional neighborhood institutions. Owners Romain and Thomas have created a warm venue celebrating classic French cuisine: onion soup, Burgundy snails, duck confit, and beef bourguignon. Passionate about quality, they personally select wines directly from vintners in Bordeaux, Loire, and Burgundy. The desserts are equally impressive, featuring homemade profiteroles and crème brûlée. A highlight is their digestif selection, particularly the exceptional Chartreuse "9ème centenaire", a liqueur crafted with 130 plants at 47% alcohol.
